After previously working in the flooring industry for 15 years, Jim established Osborn Contract Services, Inc. in 1995. Jim is a trusted name in the Upstate, the surrounding areas, and beyond, especially when contractors and businesses need unique solutions to challenges. Bringing a background of problem solving and technical expertise, he has gained the confidence of industry leaders for years. It is easily recognized that Jim is loyal and passionate about his faith, family, work, employees, and his friends.

Barret joined OCS in 2015 and brings 14 years of previous experience from various types of construction, ranging from operating room remodels to new high school construction. In December of 2019, Barret Boozer became the new President of Osborn Contract Services, Inc. Barret assists in decision making and resolving issues, handles estimating, and manages projects on both the infrastructure and flooring sides of the company. In his free time, Barret enjoys serving at his church, devoting time to his family, as well as hiking, running, and Clemson.

Committed to OCS since 2003, Clifford adds over 45 years of construction knowledge to the team while overseeing flooring related work. He has extensive experience with tile work of all kinds, along with proficiency in brick pavers and epoxy flooring systems. Clifford successfully handles all scheduling of our workforce to ensure the proper manpower is available on every job. Away from work, Clifford likes to spend time with his family and watch his youngest son play soccer.

John offers over 24 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and municipal construction. He began contributing his concrete and steel repairs expertise to OCS in 2011, and now, as a staple to the infrastructure division, John manages architectural and structural concrete repair, carbon fiber repair, parking deck repair, manhole rehabilitation, and chemical grout injection. John takes pride in spending quality time with his daughter, likes all things Gamecocks, and plays golf when he gets a chance.

Case joined OCS in 2019 when his family relocated to South Carolina from California. With 12 years of experience in specialty concrete repair and restoration, including carbon fiber application, structural concrete repair, waterproofing and sealants, Case has proven to be a great addition to our team. In his free time, Case enjoys the outdoors, weight-lifting, and eating steak.

After gaining eight years of experience in construction, Jaden joined OCS in 2016. His knowledge of the industry was strengthened by working full time within a family business while completing his bachelor’s degree at night. He brings past experience in structural and finish carpentry, and now provides estimates and manages projects within all areas of OCS. He is dedicated to OCS and looks forward to his future within the company. In his free time, Jaden likes to hunt, golf, and hang out with family.

Andy has over 30 years of experience and knowledge in all areas of business finance and human resource administration. Having worked with several successful growth companies, he brings a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations. Andy oversees all accounting and human resource functions with an emphasis on efficiency and organization. He plays a major role in benefits administration and employee relations. When he is not working, Andy enjoys worshipping and serving in his church, spending time with his family, including his grandchildren, traveling, and supporting the Clemson Tigers.

Mike started with OCS in 2012. He has been in the construction industry for over 25 years with a range of experience including metal stud framing, structural panels, ACT ceilings, carpentry, and Polyurea. Mike oversees field operations, facilities, and all equipment and vehicles at OCS, while also serving as the resident expert on our plural component equipment. Mike enjoys spending his free time outdoors working on trucks and hunting.
